kudoodle Plus comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't for you, you get all your money back, no questions asked.
How to get a refund
- Email s.g.sumanth48@gmail.com within 30 days of buying, from the address you used at checkout (or include it), with your order number from the Dodo Payments receipt if you have it.
- We'll confirm, and the refund is issued through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to the card or account you paid with.
- Refunds usually reach you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
After a refund
The license key from that order stops working, and kudoodle goes back to the free version on your computer. Everything you kept stays in your collection; nothing is deleted.
After 30 days
If you were charged twice, charged by mistake, or Plus doesn't work for you and we can't fix it, write to us at any time and we'll make it right.
Before a chargeback
Please email us first. We answer quickly, and a refund is faster and simpler for you than a dispute with your bank.
