kudoodle terms of service
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These terms cover the kudoodle browser extension and kudoodle Plus. kudoodle is made and sold by an independent developer based in India ("we", "us"). By installing kudoodle or buying Plus, you agree to them. If you have a question, write to s.g.sumanth48@gmail.com.
What kudoodle is
kudoodle is a browser extension that keeps the images you choose, with their artists' credits, in a private collection on your own computer. The free version is free to use for as long as you like. kudoodle Plus is a one-time purchase that unlocks extra features: downloading your collection as a .zip with credits, unlimited boards, saving studies as a PNG or sending them to Canva, and making WhatsApp stickers.
Buying Plus
- Plus is sold through Dodo Payments, which is the merchant of record for every order. Dodo Payments processes the payment, handles sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt. Their terms apply to the checkout: https://dodopayments.com/legal/terms-of-use
- Prices are shown in US dollars on the kudoodle website. Your bank may convert them to your currency.
- Plus is a one-time payment, not a subscription. You are never charged again for it.
- After you pay, you receive a license key by email. Paste it into kudoodle (★ Get Plus in your collection) to unlock Plus.
Your license
- A Plus license is for one person, in one browser at a time. You can move it to another browser whenever you like ("Move Plus to another browser" in kudoodle, then enter the key in the new one).
- "Lifetime" means for as long as kudoodle is offered, including all future updates to Plus. If kudoodle is ever discontinued, the version you have installed keeps working on your computer.
- Please don't share, resell or publish your license key, or try to get around the license check. We may disable keys that are shared publicly or bought fraudulently.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 30 days of buying, no questions asked. See the refund policy: https://kudoodle.pages.dev/refund.html
The images you keep
- kudoodle helps you keep references for personal use and shows what each artist allows. The images belong to the people who made them; kudoodle does not give you any rights to them.
- If you share, publish or sell something based on an image you kept, it's up to you to follow its license and credit the artist.
- Don't use kudoodle to break the law or anyone's rights, or to collect artists' work in bulk against their wishes.
Your data
Your collection stays on your device. We run no servers for it and can't see it. The privacy policy explains exactly what is stored and the little that is sent when you activate a license: https://kudoodle.pages.dev/privacy.html
No warranty
We work hard to make kudoodle reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Websites change, and some images can't be kept. Please keep your own copies of anything important.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from using kudoodle. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Plus. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms when kudoodle changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes never take away a license you have already bought.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please write to us; almost everything can be sorted out by email.
